User Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase or manage a subscription. Our content is designed for children aged 3–8 but all accounts must be created and managed by a parent or guardian.

Intellectual Property

All content, including illustrations, text, audio, video and interactive materials, is owned or properly licensed by Little Builders Kitchen.

AI-generated content (e.g., Leonardo.Ai, InVideo) is used under appropriate licensing terms.
Games from Wordwall are used with permission and clearly acknowledged.

All content is for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell or share any content without prior written permission.

Safety & Supervision Disclaimer

Little Builders Kitchen is committed to providing fun and educational experiences for families. However:

  • Adult supervision is required at all times, especially during food preparation, crafts or activities involving scissors, knives, hot surfaces or kitchen appliances
  • Recipes may contain allergens. Please always check ingredients and adapt based on your family’s dietary needs

Payments & Subscriptions

By subscribing, you agree to recurring monthly billing.

Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.

Access to content will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all digital purchases and subscriptions are non-refundable once access has been granted.

EU & UK Customers: If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may be entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under local consumer law. If you have not yet accessed the digital content, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing izel@littlebuilderskitchen.com.

Digital Access Disclaimer
